Terms of access
These terms describe access prepared manually by the seller and payments in PLN through Przelewy24 or in EUR and GBP through Revolut Business. Only packages with a displayed price and available payment can be purchased. The language selection does not change the market or currency.

The autodiagnostic24.com shop is operated by CENTRUM OBD Piotr Józefiak, Polish tax ID 6612295863, business and postal address: ul. Władysława Sikorskiego 87C, 27-400 Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Poland. 2. Scope of these terms and the service
These terms apply to access purchased through autodiagnostic24.com for the markets Poland, Germany and the United Kingdom. The selected billing country determines the order currency: Poland — PLN, Germany — EUR, United Kingdom — GBP. Changing the website language does not change the billing country or currency. You can order a package when the shop displays its price and makes payment available. The contract provides a digital service: time-limited online access to vehicle information in Auto Diagnostic. Materials may vary by make, model, generation, engine and module. The package description shown before purchase applies. If you need a particular vehicle or item of information, you can contact us to check availability before ordering.
3. Packages, price and payment
Choose “Cars” or “Cars + motorcycles” and a period of 7 days, 3, 6 or 12 months. TRIAL access is paid. The amount in your order summary is the one-time total price in the selected market’s currency, including applicable taxes. We add no electronic delivery charge. The purchase does not create a subscription or automatic renewal. Advance payments in PLN are handled by Przelewy24; payments in EUR and GBP are handled by Revolut Business. The payment provider and currency are shown before you place your order, and available payment methods are displayed by the provider. Do not pay again if payment has been confirmed and the seller is still preparing your access.
4. Order and contract confirmation
Before payment, select your package, provide the required details and correct any errors. If needed, select an invoice and provide the relevant billing details. Accept the terms and expressly request that performance starts before the cancellation period ends. “Place order and pay” means placing an order with an obligation to pay. To prepare access manually, the seller may contact you at the email address used for your order to identify the appropriate account. The contract is concluded when the shop confirms the paid order; returning from the payment provider is not itself that confirmation. After verifying payment, the shop automatically emails your purchase confirmation on a durable medium: the terms recorded with your order, package, price and your declarations. The seller sends access instructions separately after preparing the service manually. Confirmation of the contract terms is not an invoice.
5. Activation and access period
After payment is confirmed, the seller prepares and activates access manually without undue delay. You will receive instructions in a separate message to the email address used for your order. A new access period starts when the service is successfully made available. Recording payment alone does not shorten your purchased period. Seven days means 168 hours. Monthly periods are calculated as calendar months in UTC; if the final month has no matching day, its last day is used. Each coverage is extended from the later of successful activation or the existing expiry of that coverage. Cars and motorcycles may therefore have different end dates. Your activation confirmation states the precise dates. Coverage expires at the end of its paid period without a further charge; continuing access requires a new purchase.
6. Account and technical requirements
You need an internet connection, a working email address and a browser supporting HTTPS, JavaScript, images and essential cookies. Internet charges depend on your contract with your provider. The seller handles new access and renewals manually and sends access instructions to the purchase email address. For an existing account, you can provide the order number and the account username or email address, without sending your password. Keep your login details secure. Use the materials lawfully; buying access does not transfer copyright or permit reselling access. Forms must not be used to send unlawful content. Technical information supports work on a vehicle; take account of the correct vehicle variant, manufacturer guidance and required safety procedures.
7. Your 14-day right to cancel
A consumer may cancel the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. Sending an unambiguous cancellation statement before the deadline is sufficient. Send it to access@auto-diagnostic.pl or by post to the seller’s address. You may use the template below, but do not have to. Your order number and purchase email help identify the contract; a missing order number does not remove your right if the contract can be identified in another way. We do not require a reason, your service password or card details. Activating an account alone does not remove the right to cancel.
8. Early performance and cancellation payments
At your express request, we begin providing the service before the 14 days expire. If you cancel after performance starts, any amount due for the service actually supplied up to cancellation is calculated in proportion to the part supplied and the price of the full purchased period, only where permitted by law. We charge no separate activation or cancellation handling fee. If the required request for early performance or the required information about cancellation rights and consequences was not provided, we do not charge you for that performance. Any refund due is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost. After cancellation, stop using the access covered by that contract. Settlement concerns the specified purchase and does not remove rights arising from other paid contracts.
9. Model cancellation statement

10. Service conformity and complaints
The seller is responsible for the digital service conforming to the contract throughout the paid access period and for updates necessary to maintain conformity, including security updates. Report delivery or operating problems to access@auto-diagnostic.pl or the seller’s postal address. We respond to complaints on a durable medium within 14 days of receipt. Consumers retain their statutory rights to delivery or restoration of conformity and, in the circumstances provided by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract. The “Complaints” page explains how to make a claim. Requesting early access does not limit rights relating to a non-conforming service.
11. Customer protection and disputes
Under Article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, protection concerning cancellation and digital service conformity also applies to an individual entering a contract directly related to their business where the contract is not professional in nature for that individual. Providing a tax number alone does not exclude this protection. Consumers may seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman in Poland and use available out-of-court dispute procedures. UOKiK provides information at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Participation in a particular procedure follows its applicable rules and does not restrict access to the courts. Polish law applies. This choice does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence, including Germany or the United Kingdom. These terms do not restrict any more favourable statutory consumer rights or the jurisdiction of courts provided by applicable law. The version accepted at purchase applies to that order; later publication of new terms does not change an already paid period.
