Cancellation information
To cancel a contract, send a clear statement by email or post to the seller. Include your name and order number or other information identifying the contract. Consumers generally have 14 days from the contract date; activating access does not automatically remove this right. The full conditions and a sample statement are in the terms. Do not send passwords or card details.
